Hi all,
Well it's my second day on ww again and im doing good so far. Managed to do some wii exerise yesterday for 50mins, so had a good sweat. The last few days ive been sort of suck in a rut, cant be arsed to do anything etc, i managed to pull my slef out of it by doing some of the wii, i think im gona have to do a little exercise each morning to wake me up and get me moving.
It's the start of my working week to day, dieting and working i do find very difficult as there's loads of chocolate and crisps there & fresh bread rols which normaly smell stunning. Im gona make a big pasta meal before i go in and im having a salad today with mew potatoes.
